3. How do I care for my cotton items?
Proper care ensures your handmade items last as long as possible:
• Washing Instructions: Machine wash on cold with like colors.
• Drying Instructions: If the item is embellished (e.g., has embroidery or appliqué), hang to dry. Otherwise, tumble dry on low.
• Ironing Instructions: Avoid ironing over any plastic, shiny, or sparkle materials to prevent damage. Use a cool iron on other parts as needed.
4. How do I find the right size for my pet?
Sizing can vary, so we recommend measuring your pet to ensure the best fit:
• Bandannas: Measure your pet’s neck circumference and choose a size that allows for comfort. A sizing guide is available on each product page.
• Collars and Apparel: Measure around your pet’s neck, chest, and length from neck to tail for accurate sizing.

5. Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
We want you to be happy with your order! If you need to make changes, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before processing.
6. What if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@tradertuzys.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

8. How long will it take to receive my custom order?
• Custom Orders: Custom orders are typically turned around within 48 hours, as long as materials are readily available.
• Large Quantity Orders: Larger orders take 1-2 weeks to create, depending on the size and current workload. We will provide an estimated timeline once the order is confirmed.
